What do you think of "Avatar"?

some questions

1) Does any one know which is better "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" or "The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion" i looked at several reviews for them but i can't make up my mind( both would be for the xbox 360)?

2) Also feel free to tell which do you think is better C.O.D. or Zelda?
